REFUNDS, EXCHANGES/RETURN POLICY

Currently, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Thank you for your understanding that we do not issue refunds for any purchases from our store.

SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time:

Our current order processing time is 1-2 business weeks.

Please note that due to high demand or special events, processing times could extend up to 4-5 business weeks.

Shipping Times:

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days (domestic) depending on your location. International shipping may take longer.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer standard shipping options for both domestic and international orders.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, or if an item is missing from your order, we will only send replacements/offer a refund for the damaged or missing product if the customer contacts us via email within 1 day of the package being marked as delivered. Customers must include photos of the damaged product and photos of tracking marked as “delivered” to be eligible for a solution from us. Please note: It is not a 100% guarantee that you will receive money back or a replacement.

Important: If a reshipment is granted, you as the customer will need to cover the shipping costs. Reshipments will follow the same processing schedule as standard orders.

WHAT IF MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVES OR IS STOLEN?

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. In the event a package is lost, stolen, or damaged, we will assist you in contacting UPS/USPS. Please be aware that you may be required to file a Police Report for stolen packages.

CAN I MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

We can't make any promises, but we'll give it our best shot. Email us ASAP within 24 hours of placing your order at

myjunkycase@gmail.com for any changes regarding model, style, or shipping address (Please note: We can-not change fully change your address— just grammatical changes). Unfortunately, we can't add items to your order after it's already been placed.

 

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel it!

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED WITHOUT ME ASKING?

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. If we are unable to receive a response from you after reaching out numerous times or after 5 days to confirm your shipping address, identity or any other issues, we may choose to cancel the order- this may or may NOT include a refund. It is crucial to ensure that your address is complete, including the apartment or suite number, when checking out. This helps us process your order smoothly and ensures that you receive your products without any issues.

I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER (OUTSIDE USA) DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

Yes, items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or charges. These charges will not be covered or reimbursed by MyJunkyCase LLC. As an international customer, you are responsible for ANY and all customs charges due upon the delivery of the product.

Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States.

Before placing your order, we recommend checking with your country's customs office to determine the additional costs that may apply.
